CrossFit classes start promptly at the scheduled time and will last approximately one hour.

Open Gym is daily 10am – 4pm and 7pm – 9pm.

Monday-Friday

  • 8:30am

  • 4pm Sports Performance ages 12-18

  • 5:00pm

  • 6:00pm

  • 6:00pm Olympic Lifting Class with Rusty Nelson (Tuesdays only)

Sat

  • 8:30am-1pm

    Open to all members, not a formal class session but a workout will be posted.
